Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ

• Credit cards will be charged immediately for the full amount of the first night of your visit including tax.

• Rooms cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will have the money refunded in full, minus a $25.00 service charge.

• Rooms cancelled up until 48 hours prior to arrival will have half of the deposit refunded.

• Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay plus tax.

• * Reservations will not be accepted more than 90 days in advance for online reservations. Please call the Mansion for reservations beyond 90 days at 315-536-4400.

• All reservations will be confirmed via email, and will include a confirmation number. All reservations are tentative until you receive an email reply.

* Reservations for wedding blocks maybe made more than 90 days in advance. Please call the Mansion directly at 315-536-4400.
