The Esperanza Mansion, with its stunning views of Keuka Lake, exceptional accommodations, and proximity to major travel routes, is the ideal venue for hosting an event your guests will remember forever.

Our Corporate Sales Coordinators will work closely with you to provide the type of high-caliber, cost-effective event required to get the most from your next business meeting. We have the flexibility and facilities to accommodate groups as intimate as four, or up to 250 or more. All you have to say is “Meet me at the Mansion” and you’re on your way to a successful and productive gathering!

Transportation
Esperanza is easy to reach from anywhere: nearby travel routes include the New York State Thruway, Routes 5&20, Route 17, and Route 390. Nearby cities include: Rochester (1 hour), Syracuse (1 hour, 20 minutes), Buffalo (2 hours), Elmira (90 minutes) and Corning (45 minutes).

The Penn Yan Airport is available for small aircraft and corporate jets, and airport pick-up can be arranged, as well. Charges will vary according to group size and arrival time.


Meeting Spaces

The Conference Center and Ballroom
You’ll feel like you’re on top of the world in our Conference Center, which opens to a spectacular view of Keuka Lake and an open-air patio. You’ll have complete access to our state-of-the art A/V accessories, and high-speed internet. Our Conference Center seats up to 250, and can be divided for smaller groups. If you prefer more intimate surroundings or a change of scenery for break-out sessions, you’re welcome to use one of our private dining rooms.

The Library
Located on the first floor of the original Mansion, the Library is ideal for groups of 6-12 people. Elegant French doors open to the Hope Dining Room, offering the perfect opportunity for a break, a change of scenery, or breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Executive Club Rooms
Located in a secluded wing of the Mansion, these elegant sleeping quarters adjoin with a private meeting room. Perfect for confidential meetings or private lodging.

The Esperanza Rose
The Esperanza Rose offers the most elegant cruise in the Finger Lakes! Enjoy old-world elegance, fine dining, and the unparalleled beauty of Keuka Lake from the decks of the Rose. Join Captain John Brennan and his crew on this 65-foot vintage wooden vessel for upscale lunch, sightseeing, and dinner cruises. It’s the perfect complement to your event!
